Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original Monos box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
